Comeback

  • 2 quarts Mayo
  • 2 Cups Ketchup
  • 2 Cups Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 oz. Yellow Mustard
  • 1 1/2 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 oz. Black Pepper
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Cups Lemon Juice
  • 6 Dashes Tabasco
  • 1 1/2 oz. Paprika
  • 1 qt. Salad Oil (Soy, Vegetable, or Canola are fine)

Mince garlic in robot coupe, combine with everything but oil in large cambro. Slowly add oil while blending with stick blender. Put in gallon containers, label, date, and refrigerate.

Hush Puppies

  • 4 cups white corn meal mix
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbl sugar
  • pinch of ground red pepper
  • 4 lg eggs
  • 1 quart butter milk
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 large yellow onion medium chop

Sift ingredients corn meal - ground red pepper. Blend in eggs and milk. The fold in onions. Let sit 15 min. Fry @ 325 until golden brown

Egg Roll

  • 1 egg roll wrap
  • 3 oz. pulled bbq pork
  • 1/2 oz. redd cabbage
  • 1/4 oz. carrot sticks
  • 1/8 oz. cilantro

Roll with egg roll wrap. Fry @ 350 for 5 to 7 minutes.

Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

  • 1 1/2 lb. old bread
  • 3 oz. butter - melt and pour over bread
  • 1 handful raisins - hydrate for 15 min.
  • 20 oz. milk
  • 12 oz. apple juice
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1/8 tsp mace
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 lb. sugar

Mix ingredients milk - sugar. Pour over bread, butter and raisins. Soak for 24 hours. Bake @ 375 for 40 min.
